With views of the magnificent Waterberg Mountains, Molapo Safari is the perfect malaria-free reserve for small groups and families looking to indulge in their own private bush getaway.
The reserve is predominantly bushveld, intermingled with lone mountains and rocky outcrops, the reserve is home to leopards, brown hyenas, aardvarks, black-backed jackals, 450 bird species, and various antelope.
Molapo Safari is approximately a 4-hour drive from O R Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg. Please note the traveling time on the dirt road, from the Visgat R33 road to Molapo Safari, is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, 42 kilometers. We do suggest that you drive with a high-clearance vehicle (SUV or pickup truck), as this road is ‘off the beaten path’.
